I want to subdivide my land, how does this happen?To subdivide land, you need to lodge a Development Application with Council. The application will then be assessed and subdivision may only take place if approval is granted by Council. For further information regarding subdividing land, contact Council's Town Planner in the Environmental Services Department on 6799 6855. |
