Regional Development Australia Northern Inland

Regional Development Australia Northern Inland (RDANI) comprises a small team of dedicated staff and a committee of local people jointly funded by both the Australian and the New South Wales State Governments.  Our mandate is to identify, through a regional plan, opportunities to improve services and help develop our region both economically and socially in a sustainable environment. We act as a conduit between Governments and local communities and also as a provider of information.

RDANI is a not-for-profit community based organisation with all committee members and staff having a broad and diverse skills base with extensive networks including local Governments, the private sector, education and health.

RDANI has 5 key roles:

  • Consultation and engagement with the community
  • Informed regional planning
  • Whole of Government activities
  • Promotion of Government programs
  • Community & economic development
