 Pecuniary Interest Returns

Council's Code of Conduct requires councillors and designated persons to complete and submit returns of interest within 3 months of:

• becoming a councillor or designated person
• 30 June of each year, and 
• becoming aware of a new interest that must be disclosed in the return.

In accordance with Part 2: Disclosure requirements and the public interest test under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act), the Pecuniary Interest Returns submitted by Councillors and Designated Persons are to be published on Council’s website.

*The returns have been published where consent has been granted by the Councillor or Designated Person and sensitive information has been redacted in accordance with the GIPA Act and the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).
