When are my Rates and Water payments due?
Rates and water payments are due quarterly in August, November, February and May.
31 August – Instalment 1
30 November – Instalment 2
28 February – Instalment 3
31 May – Instalment 4

Please check the reference number on your bill before paying.
You can pay your Rates and water in several different methods.
Pay by Phone via Australia Post Telephone Billpay - 13 18 16
Pay by Mail – post cheques to PO Box 261, Narrabri NSW 2390
Pay by Internet
Please click on the following link to pay your rates or water instalments using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via the Australia Post bill pay service.
B-pay - Accepted for Rates, Water & Debtors invoices.
Please contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make payment from your Cheque or Savings Account, or by Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa. The Biller Code and Reference Number are located on the front of your Rate Notice or Invoice.
In Person - All payments can be made at Council Office, 46-48 Maitland Street, Narrabri NSW between 9.00am and 4.00pm. EFTPOS available (no cash out).
If you are having difficulties paying your rates on time Council encourages you to get in contact to discuss your options prior to the due date of the instalment.
You can elect to receive your Water and Rates Notices via email by registering with eNotices
eNotices allows you to self-manage all your properties, send notices to multiple email addresses and print off additional copies.
