Notice is hereby given that Narrabri Shire Council resolved at its Ordinary Council Meeting, held on 19 August 2026, to adopt the Narrabri Development Control Plan 2026 under section 3.43 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
In accordance with clause 14 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, the Narrabri Development Control Plan 2026 takes effect on THURSDAY, 27 AUGUST 2026, being the date on which this notice is published on Council’s website.
The Development Control Plan is available on Council's website and for inspection at Council's Administration Centre during normal business hours.
