Speaking at Public Forum
Members of the public may wish to speak at Public Forum at an Ordinary Council meeting to express their concerns or support an agenda item.
If you wish to speak in Public Forum you will need to register your interest by filling out the Request to Speak in Public Forum form which can be downloaded below. A separate form needs to be lodged for each item you wish to speak on.
The request must be lodged to the General Manager by 5:00pm on the day prior to the meeting. You can lodge the form the the following ways:
