Narrabri town water supply is on Level 4 water restrictions from 7am Saturday, 24 January 2026.
The Violet Street Bridge will be closed from Monday, 19 January to the end of September 2026 for bridge replacement works. A detour will be in place along Selina Street, Newell Highway and Tibbereena Street.
Narrabri Shire Council's Tourism and Community Development Team are holding a community meeting in Narrabri on 3 & 9 October 2024.
Council staff are keen to meet with residents to discuss town signage and have a general discussion about the services the Tourism and Community Development Team have to offer.
