Narrabri Shire Council Introduces User-Friendly Online Request Form

In a step towards enhancing resident services, Narrabri Shire Council has unveiled a new and improved Online Request Form, designed to streamline the process of submitting customer service requests. The online form aims to make it more convenient for residents to report issues, seek assistance, or provide feedback with just a few clicks.
To encourage residents to take advantage of this new feature, Narrabri Shire Council has redesigned the relevant webpage with updated wording and clear instructions. The page outlines the simplicity of the process and the importance of providing detailed information to enhance the efficiency and accuracy in which requests are addressed and resolved.

Lodge a Request with Ease:
Residents can access the Online Request Form by visiting the Narrabri Shire Council website www.narrabri.nsw.gov.au and navigating to the “Contact Us” section of the website. The form prompts users to submit details related to their requests, ensuring that the information reaches the appropriate service area for faster resolution.
Council encourages residents to include as much relevant information as possible, as this significantly contributes to the speed and accuracy with which requests are addressed.

For those who prefer an alternative method, the Snap Send Solve app is still available for free on both iOS and Android platforms. This app provides residents with another convenient avenue to report issues and attach imagines directly from their smart devices photo library.
Business Hours and Emergency Contacts:
The Online Request Form is actively monitored during regular business hours, from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. In case of urgent matters or emergencies outside of these hours, residents are urged to contact 02 6799 6866. This number will redirect them to the after-hours emergency call service.
