Parks and Gardens
Paths and earthworks at Dangar Park have been completed, as well as placement of seating.
Irrigation repairs at sporting fields and The Crossing Theatre are underway.
The team are tidying up the area around the new pump shed at Gately Field.
Broad leaf weeds on all sporting fields have been sprayed as well as at Pirate Park and Eulah Creek Cemetery.
Paths along Tibbereena Street (from The Crossing Theatre to the caravan park) have been edged.
General maintenance and mowing have taken place on all open spaces, cemeteries and parks in Narrabri, Wee Waa and Boggabri.
Roads
Kerb and gutter replacement works
Concrete has been completed along Nandewar Street as well as a short section on Selina Street, with backfill to follow.
Harparary Road upgrade
Sealing was completed last week, with the rain causing a small delay. The next 2km section is scheduled for the week commencing 28 July.
Tullamullen Bridge upgrade
Works on the approaches are continuing. Traffic has been switched to the new alignment to allow for drainage works to commence.
Lake Circuit upgrade
The road is now open, with project having reached completion.
Gravel sheeting program
Commenced on MR329 Cypress Way.

Maintenace grading is taking place on a number of roads.

Water main renewal on Derana Lane is continuing.
The water main renewal on Grantham Street in Boggabri has commenced.
The construction of the bulk water filling station in Wee Waa has begun.
Sewer main rehabilitation work in Narrabri is ongoing.
Sewer maintenance works in Narrabri are continuing - complementing the renewal program.
The water meter replacement program in Wee Waa and Narrabri is underway.
The team have begun raising buried meters in Narrabri.
PFAS
We are continuing to sample and test the Narrabri water supply to ensure compliance with the new Australian drinking water standards.
