Infrastructure upgrade works are set to begin on the Narrabri Creek Bridge and Collins Park roadway area. Works will commence on Monday, 29 April and will take approximately 6 weeks to complete. Please adhere to all signage.

Thanks to $615,361 secured by Council through the NSW Government’s Stronger Country Community Fund (Round 4), local netball and basketball players will soon have the confidence to move faster and attack harder with the commencement of the upgrades to the Narrabri Courts scheduled to commence in February 2024.
Key dates and stages for the works are as follows (weather permitting and contractor availability):
12 February 2024 to 26 February 2024 (minimal access to the public) 1️⃣ Installation of retaining wall along scouts and showground fence-line. 2️⃣ Curing of cement.
26 February 2024 to 12 April 2024 (CLOSED to the public) 3️⃣ Resurfacing and marking of courts. 4️⃣ Spray and seal carparks. 5️⃣ Synpave courts and line marking. 6️⃣ Installation of new fence. 7️⃣ Installation of the four-bay shed.
