Narrabri township is on Level 3 water restrictions with exemptions made on Friday,1 May 2026
The Violet Street Bridge remains closed until November 2026 for bridge replacement works. A detour is in place along Selina Street, Newell Highway and Tibbereena Street.
Following the October Ordinary Council Meeting, Ordinary Council Meetings will be held on the third Wednesday of each month at Narrabri Shire Council Chambers. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
